Two students of 2nd SEK (School Laboratorial Center) of Rhodes, Chatzimarkos Vassilis and Nikolaidis Konstantinos, and their trainer, computer science teacher Kladogenis Dimitrios, got a place in the top ten of the World Robot Olympiad, which was held in Manila of Philippines. LTEE supported the production of a new translation of Tuxpaint FOSS, a painting software for children. The translation has been implemented by Kiriaki Serafeim (PreK Teacher, postgraduate student) with the help of Elisabeth Mavroudi (Computer Science Teacher, PhD Candidate) and the volunteer consultancy of Georgios Fesakis (PhD, Lecturer of LTEE).
